1. Taraflar ve kabul
1.1. Bu koşullar, Nexus Sky2 Online ("Hizmet") web sitesi, oyun sunucuları, launcher ve ilgili tüm hizmetler ile bunları kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Hizmeti işleten kişi (Nexus Sky2) bu metinde "Yönetim" olarak anılır.
1.2. Hesap oluşturarak veya Hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan Hizmeti kullanma.
1.3. 18 yaşından küçüksen Hizmeti yalnızca veli veya vasinin izniyle kullanabilirsin; hesap oluşturan bu izni aldığını beyan eder.
2. Hizmetin niteliği ve fikri mülkiyet
2.1. Nexus Sky2 Online, bağımsız, hayran yapımı bir topluluk projesidir. Oyunun orijinal geliştiricileri, yayıncıları veya bunların bağlı şirketleriyle hiçbir bağlantısı, ortaklığı veya onayı yoktur ve onlar adına hareket etmez.
2.2. Oyunun orijinal adı ve ilgili adlar, logolar, karakterler, görseller ve oyun içeriği ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Yönetim bu haklar üzerinde sahiplik iddia etmez.
2.3. Kullanıcı, Hizmeti kendi isteğiyle ve Hizmetin resmî bir ürün olmadığını bilerek kullandığını kabul eder.
2.4. Bir hak sahibi bir içeriğin kaldırılmasını talep ederse info.nexussky2@gmail.com adresine yazabilir. Yönetim talebi makul süre içinde inceler ve gerekirse ilgili içeriği kaldırır veya Hizmeti durdurur.
2.5. Kullanıcı, Hizmetten elde ettiği client, dosya, görsel veya verileri satamaz, ticari amaçla dağıtamaz, Yönetimin veya hak sahiplerinin adını izinsiz kullanamaz.
3. Hesap
3.1. Hesap kişiseldir; paylaşmak, satmak, devretmek veya kiralamak yasaktır.
3.2. Şifrenin gizliliğinden Kullanıcı sorumludur. Hesabında yapılan işlemler sana ait sayılır.
3.3. Hesaplar, oyun içi karakterler, eşyalar, para birimleri ve ilerleme, Yönetime ait sanal içerik üzerinde verilen, geri alınabilir bir kullanım iznidir; Kullanıcının mülkiyetinde değildir ve gerçek parayla karşılığı yoktur.
4. Davranış kuralları
Hile, bot, makro, paket veya bellek düzenleme; açıkları kullanmak ya da bildirmemek; başka hesaplara erişmeye çalışmak; sunuculara saldırmak veya aşırı yük bindirmek; hakaret, taciz, nefret söylemi ve dolandırıcılık; gerçek para karşılığı eşya veya hesap ticareti; Yönetim ya da GM taklidi yasaktır. İhlal halinde Yönetim, önceden bildirim yapmadan uyarı, geçici veya kalıcı yasak, eşya veya ilerleme silme dahil önlem alabilir.
5. N-Coin ve bağışlar
5.1. N-Coin ve oyun içi mağaza ürünleri yalnızca Hizmet içinde kullanılabilen sanal içeriktir; nakde çevrilemez ve oyun içindeki izinli yollar dışında devredilemez.
5.2. Ödemeler, Hizmetin sürdürülmesine gönüllü destek niteliğindedir. Sanal içerik ödemeden sonra anında teslim edildiğinden Kullanıcı, açık onayıyla teslimatın başladığını ve bu nedenle cayma hakkının bulunmadığını kabul eder (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ). Teslim edilmeyen ürün veya hatalı tahsilat için info.nexussky2@gmail.com adresine başvurulabilir.
5.3. Kurallara aykırılık nedeniyle kapatılan hesaplardaki N-Coin ve eşyalar iade edilmez.
6. Hizmetin değişmesi ve sona ermesi
6.1. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu kadarıyla" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya sürekli çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
6.2. Yönetim; oyun içeriğini, oranları, eşyaları ve kuralları değiştirebilir, bakım yapabilir, verileri sıfırlayabilir (wipe) veya Hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda, herhangi bir nedenle (hak sahibi talebi dahil) geçici ya da kalıcı olarak kapatabilir.
6.3. Hizmetin kapanması, sıfırlanması veya veri kaybı halinde Kullanıcı; hesap, eşya, ilerleme veya N-Coin için tazminat ya da iade talep etmeyeceğini kabul eder. Bu madde, kanunen feragat edilemeyen hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.
7. Riskler ve sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
7.1. Kullanıcı, client ve launcher'ın resmî olmayan, değiştirilmiş yazılımlar olduğunu; antivirüs uyarıları, uyumsuzluk, performans sorunları ve veri kaybı gibi riskler taşıyabileceğini bilerek kurduğunu kabul eder. Yazılımı yalnızca bu siteden veya resmî Nexus Sky2 launcher'ından indir.
7.2. Yönetim; dolaylı zararlardan, kâr veya veri kaybından, cihaz arızalarından, üçüncü kişilerin (diğer oyuncular, ödeme aracıları, barındırma sağlayıcıları, saldırganlar) eylemlerinden ve Kullanıcının kendi hatasından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
7.3. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Yönetimin toplam sorumluluğu, Kullanıcının zarara konu olaydan önceki 12 ayda Hizmete yaptığı ödeme tutarıyla sınırlıdır.
7.4. Kasıt veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluk ile kanunen sınırlanamayan haklar saklıdır.
7.5. Kullanıcı, bu koşulları veya üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal etmesinden doğan taleplerde Yönetimi sorumlu tutmamayı ve doğan zararı karşılamayı kabul eder.
8. Diğer
8.1. Yönetim bu koşulları güncelleyebilir. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır, önemli değişiklikler duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
8.2. Bir maddenin geçersiz sayılması diğer maddeleri etkilemez.
8.3. Türk hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri ile tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir.

1. Parties and acceptance
1.1. These terms govern the relationship between the Nexus Sky2 Online ("Service") website, game servers, launcher and related services and the person using them ("User"). The person operating the Service (Nexus Sky2) is referred to as "Management".
1.2. By creating an account or using the Service you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1.3. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian; whoever creates the account declares that this permission has been obtained.
2. Nature of the Service and intellectual property
2.1. Nexus Sky2 Online is an independent, fan-made community project. It has no affiliation, partnership or endorsement with the original developers or publishers of the game or their affiliates, and does not act on their behalf.
2.2. The original name of the game and related names, logos, characters, images and game content belong to their respective rights holders. Management claims no ownership of these rights.
2.3. The User accepts that they use the Service voluntarily, knowing that it is not an official product.
2.4. A rights holder may request removal of content by writing to info.nexussky2@gmail.com. Management reviews such requests within a reasonable time and, where appropriate, removes the content or suspends the Service.
2.5. The User may not sell or commercially distribute the client, files, images or data obtained from the Service, or use the name of Management or the rights holders without permission.
3. Account
3.1. Accounts are personal; sharing, selling, transferring or renting them is prohibited.
3.2. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Actions taken on your account are deemed yours.
3.3. Accounts, characters, items, currencies and progress are a revocable licence to use virtual content owned by Management; they are not the User's property and have no real-money value.
4. Rules of conduct
Cheats, bots, macros, packet or memory editing; exploiting or failing to report bugs; attempting to access other accounts; attacking or overloading the servers; insults, harassment, hate speech and fraud; real-money trading of items or accounts; impersonating Management or GMs are prohibited. On violation, Management may take action without prior notice, including warnings, temporary or permanent bans and removal of items or progress.
5. N-Coin and donations
5.1. N-Coin and in-game shop products are virtual content usable only within the Service; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred except through permitted in-game means.
5.2. Payments are voluntary support for running the Service. Because virtual content is delivered immediately after payment, the User expressly agrees that delivery has begun and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. For undelivered products or incorrect charges, contact info.nexussky2@gmail.com.
5.3. N-Coin and items on accounts closed for rule violations are not refunded.
6. Changes and termination
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or permanent.
6.2. Management may change game content, rates, items and rules, perform maintenance, reset data (wipe), or suspend or close the Service at any time for any reason (including at a rights holder's request).
6.3. If the Service is closed or reset or data is lost, the User agrees not to claim compensation or refunds for accounts, items, progress or N-Coin. This does not remove rights that cannot be waived by law.
7. Risks and limitation of liability
7.1. The User accepts that the client and launcher are unofficial, modified software and installs them knowing they may carry risks such as antivirus warnings, incompatibility, performance problems and data loss. Download the software only from this site or the official Nexus Sky2 launcher.
7.2. Management is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, device failures, actions of third parties (other players, payment providers, hosting providers, attackers) or damages caused by the User's own fault.
7.3. To the extent permitted by law, Management's total liability is limited to the amount the User paid to the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
7.4. Liability for intent or gross negligence and rights that cannot be limited by law are reserved.
7.5. The User agrees to hold Management harmless and to cover any damage arising from the User's breach of these terms or of third-party rights.
8. Other
8.1. Management may update these terms. The current text is published on this page and significant changes are announced. Continuing to use the Service after a change means acceptance.
8.2. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses are unaffected.
8.3. Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye and consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction.
