1. Veri sorumlusu
Nexus Sky2, iletişim: info.nexussky2@gmail.com. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m.10 kapsamında bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
2. Toplanan veriler
- Hesap: hesap adı, şifre, (isteğe bağlı) e-posta adresi.
- Teknik: IP adresi, kayıt ve giriş zamanları, oturum çerezi, sunucu ve güvenlik kayıtları (log).
- Oyun: karakterler, eşyalar, oyun içi işlemler, sohbet ve ticaret kayıtları.
- Ödeme: N-Coin bakiyesi ve satın alma kayıtları. Kart bilgileri Yönetim tarafından alınmaz ve saklanmaz; ödeme aracısı tarafından işlenir.
- Cihaz: tek client kontrolü ve hile tespiti için gerekli sınırlı teknik bilgiler.
3. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler
Hesabın oluşturulması ve Hizmetin sunulması (sözleşmenin ifası, KVKK m.5/2-c); güvenlik, hile ve dolandırıcılık önleme, kötüye kullanım tespiti ve yasak uygulama (meşru menfaat, m.5/2-f); yasal yükümlülükler ve resmî taleplere yanıt (m.5/2-ç); uyuşmazlıklarda hakların korunması (m.5/2-e).
4. Paylaşım
Veriler satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca Hizmetin işletilmesi için gerekli ölçüde şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla: barındırma (sunucu) sağlayıcısı, ödeme aracısı, yedekleme hizmetleri, oyun dosyalarının indirildiği Cloudflare (R2) ve sitedeki yazı tiplerini sağlayan Google Fonts (sayfa açılırken IP adresin Google'a iletilir); ayrıca kanunen yetkili kurum ve mahkemelerle talep halinde paylaşılabilir. Sunucu veya yedekleme sağlayıcısı yurt dışındaysa aktarım KVKK m.9'a uygun yapılır.
5. Saklama süresi
Veriler hesap aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Silme talebinden sonra güvenlik ve yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli kayıtlar (log, ödeme kayıtları) en fazla 2 yıl saklanır, ardından silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
6. Güvenlik ve riskler
İnternet üzerinden hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir ve verilerinin hiçbir koşulda ele geçirilemeyeceği garanti edilmez. Başka sitelerde kullandığın bir şifreyi burada kullanma. Veri ihlali tespit edilirse KVKK m.12 uyarınca ilgililere ve Kurula bildirim yapılır.
7. Çerezler
Site yalnızca oturum için zorunlu çerez ve dil tercihi için tarayıcı depolaması kullanır; reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanılmaz.
8. Hakların (KVKK m.11)
Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakların vardır. Başvurunu hesap adınla birlikte info.nexussky2@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsin. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
9. Çocuklar
Hizmet 13 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar veli izniyle kayıt olmalıdır.

1. Data controller
Nexus Sky2, contact: info.nexussky2@gmail.com. This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Data collected
- Account: account name, password, (optional) email address.
- Technical: IP address, registration and login times, session cookie, server and security logs.
- Game: characters, items, in-game transactions, chat and trade logs.
- Payment: N-Coin balance and purchase records. Card details are not collected or stored by Management; they are processed by the payment provider.
- Device: limited technical information needed for the single-client check and cheat detection.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Creating the account and providing the Service (performance of contract, KVKK Art. 5/2-c); security, prevention of cheating and fraud, detecting abuse and enforcing bans (legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f); legal obligations and responding to official requests (Art. 5/2-ç); protecting rights in disputes (Art. 5/2-e).
4. Sharing
Data is not sold or shared for advertising. It may be shared only to the extent needed to run the Service with these service providers: the hosting (server) provider, payment provider, backup services, Cloudflare (R2), from which game files are downloaded, and Google Fonts, which provides the site's fonts (your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads); and with legally authorised authorities and courts on request. If a server or backup provider is abroad, transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the account is active. After a deletion request, records needed for security and legal obligations (logs, payment records) are kept for at most 2 years and then deleted or anonymised.
6. Security and risks
No system on the internet is completely secure, and it is not guaranteed that your data can never be compromised. Do not reuse a password here that you use on other sites. If a data breach is detected, the affected persons and the Authority are notified under KVKK Art. 12.
7. Cookies
The site uses only a strictly necessary session cookie and browser storage for your language preference; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request with your account name to info.nexussky2@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
9. Children
The Service is not designed for children under 13. Users under 18 must register with a parent's or guardian's permission.
